RETURNS


Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns for items that have not been opened. Returns must be initiated within 30 days after purchase. Please first contact us to request a return before shipping your item back to us.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a pre-paid return shipping label from us, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the item is already in transit and is rerouted back to us, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS


To confirm eligibility for a refund, your item will first be reviewed upon return. It must be in the original packaging with all original contents. Customers are responsible for outgoing and return shipping costs to EUCO LLC. We reserve the right to charge a $100 restocking fee + shipping subtracted from the refund amount. Opened / used / damaged items will increase the amount of the restocking fee.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If any fees such as shipping and / or restocking fees are applicable, that amount will be subtracted from the refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Preorder Cancellations

As is stated on our checkout page, preorders are able to cancelled before the wheel is shipped to you, but we do retain a $100 non-refundable deposit on all preorders. This deposit can be transferred between wheels. If you wish to change your preorder from one wheel to another, this will not incur any additional charge.

If the total amount you have paid for your wheel that has not yet been shipped to you exceeds $100, and you request a cancellation, you will receive a refund valued at the total amount you have paid with $100 subtracted.

WARRANTY


1. Warranty Coverage

EUCO LLC warrants to the original consumer purchaser of the Product (“Purchaser”) that it will be free from defects in materials and manufacture on the date of purchase and will remain serviceable for a period of one year after the date of Purchaser’s purchase, subject to the exclusions in the following paragraph.

Products purchased as "Refurbished" are covered under warranty to be free from malfunction resulting from manufacturing defects for 90 days from date of purchase.

Products purchased as "Open Box" have warranty coverage of 6 months from date of purchase.

Services provided have warranty coverage of 30 days from date of purchase. Should you have any issues with our services, please contact us to rectify the issue.

2. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

This Limited Warranty does not cover Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or damage to the Product or any component part caused by any of the following: all external causes such as (but not limited to) dropping, accident, collision, abuse, vandalism, negligence, improper handling, maintenance, or storage, neglect; misuse such as riding over obstacles, overloading, racing, or otherwise using the Product contrary to the instructions and warnings contained in the user manual provided by the manufacturer; normal wear and tear, deterioration of paint, trim and appearance items that results from use and/or exposure to the elements; cleaning with a high pressure water system, abrasives or solvents; damage and/or defects caused by unauthorized and/or improper attempts to repair, alter, disassemble or otherwise modify the Product or any of its components; damage caused by improper electrical connection, exposure to chemicals, water or excessive temperatures; and/or any damage and/or failure resulting from earthquake, fire, flood or other casualty or acts of God.

Service warranty does not apply if a 3rd party has interfered with the services rendered. For example, if a repair has been done but a 3rd party opens the unit, we can no longer offer coverage.

3. Exclusion and Limitation of Other Warranties

The preceding warranty is the exclusive warranty applicable to the Product and supersedes any prior, contrary or additional representations, whether oral or written. Any implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability or warranty of fitness for a particular purpose are limited in duration to the one year period of the preceding warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

4. Exclusive Remedy

If the Product fails to conform to the preceding warranties, the Purchaser must notify EUCO within a reasonable time and in no event more than 30 days after the discovery of the nonconformity by e-mail to contact@euco,us. EUCO will provide a Return Authorization. Purchaser must deliver the Product, together with proof of date of purchase to EUCO. Purchaser shall be responsible for and must prepay any shipping expense for return of the Product. EUCO will examine the Product and, in the event of a breach of warranty, will provide, at its sole option and within a reasonable period of time: (1) repair of any nonconforming Product or components or (2) replacement of any nonconforming Product or components with conforming product or components, all at the expense of the Purchaser. Repaired or replacement products will conform to the warranty for the unexpired duration of the warranty period for the original, nonconforming Product. EUCO may use used or repaired material for all warranty claims. The remedy selected by EUCO in accordance with this paragraph shall be the exclusive and solve remedy for any breach of warranty.

5. Exclusion of Consequential, Incidental, and Other Damages

Manufacturers of Products sold by EUCO and its distributors and dealers shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any warranty or for damages arising from nondelivery or from the use, misuse, or inability to use the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

6. Choice of Law; Disputes; Severability

The laws of the State of Nevada (excluding application of its choice-of-law rules) shall govern all matters arising out of or relating to this Limited Warranty, including without limitation, its validity, interpretation, construction, performance and enforcement. No action arising out of any claimed breach of warranty or breach of any remedial promise arising out of or relating to this Limited Warranty may be brought more than 1 year after the cause of action has accrued. If any part of this warranty is found to be void or unenforceable, then the remainder shall have full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be partially enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.
