Fulfillment Associate
Summary
EUCO is a small start-up and one of the major distributors in the USA for the best type of personal electric vehicle, the electric unicycle (EUC). Our purpose is to educate and provide our community with high quality electric EUCs and accessories backed by top-notch support. We hope to make a positive impact on the environment and transportation industry by providing a funner and greener alternative to automobiles.
Role
As a Fulfillment Associate, you will own and drive the success and efficiency of our daily operations, which involve e-commerce sales and fulfillment, RMA and repairs management, inventory management, and office management. This is a contract-to-hire position, starting at our headquarters in Las Vegas, Nevada. This position reports directly to the CEO and will have high opportunity for growth and development based on performance.
Responsibilities- Pick, confirm, and pack daily orders
- Inspect products for defects and damages
- This position requires that ZERO mistakes are made on customers’ orders. Verify the contents and quantities packed match those that what were ordered
- Package orders into correct boxes for shipment
- Communicate any issues related to products with the management team
- Check and restock inventory, receive shipments, and keep a neat and organized work station
- Keep office organized and clean
- Quarterly inventory reconciliation
- Supervise customer service staff
- Supervise technical staff
- Perform other general warehouse or office duties as needed
Job Qualifications- Experience in customer service & operations
- Understanding of basic mechanical and electrical concepts
- Excellent attention to order details. Quantity and quality of items is very important for this role
- Must be responsible, hardworking, trustworthy and organized
- Must have open availability and flexible hours
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand, bend, reach and lift heavy boxes (up to 80 lbs) during entire shift
- Interest in technology is an added bonus
